Welcome to the Hope Street Ministry website.  We have been blessed to work with the greater Monroe Louisiana community for over 25 years.  Our primary mission is to feed the poor and preach Jesus to those in need.  We bring the Church outside the four walls to anyone in need.  Our community outreach programs  include the street ministry and feeding of the poor every sunday afternoon under the I-20 bridge on DeSiard next to the New York Furniture Store.  Other functions of Hope Street include  ministering to those held captive  behind bars  with the message of Jesus love and ability to set them free  in every facet of their lives, and to help provide food and ministry support to Mercy Ministries for Girls each month.  All of our  initiatives are designed to help those in need and proclaim the greatest news of all which is our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
